Spinach and Artichoke Dip

 This is one of my all-time favorite appetizers and most requested recipes.  I’ve never shared it before, but it is such a perfect dish for this time year I felt I had to.  Enjoy this on the patio with a bottle of Martin Ulisse Trebbiano d’ Abruzzo and a group of friends. 

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb. cream cheese
2/3 cup mayo
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/2  TBS Italian seasoning
1 small can artichoke hearts chopped
½ package frozen spinach thawed and drained
½ cup mozzarella
 
Method:
Mix together everything but mozzarella. 
Place in a small casserole dish and bake at 350* for 20 minutes. 
Top with mozzarella cheese and place back in oven for 10 minutes or until mozzarella has melted.
Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
Open a bottle of Martin Ulisse Trebbiano and mangia, mangia!
