Chicken Contadina

Saute 2 pounds chicken breasts cut in pieces with 1 pound Italian sausage in 2 tablespoons olive oil.  Add ½ sweet onion chopped, ½ green bell pepper, and ½ red bell pepper sliced.   Saute until tender.  Add 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon rosemary, and 2 cloves garlic, chopped,   Add ½ cup Martin Ulisse Sangiovese.  Add 1 cup tomato puree.  Add 1 cup chicken stock.  Add 1 pound baby potatoes.  Simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.  Serve with Martin Ulisse Sangiovese and mangia, mangia!
